Who we are
This website, cloudtopiaentertainment.com, is operated by Cloudtopia Entertainment Limited ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at henrik@cloudtopiaentertainment.com.
This policy covers the website only. The Cloudlings app is still in development; it will have its own privacy policy before launch, built on the same principles: no ads, no in-app purchases, and no unnecessary data collection.
What we collect — and what we don't
We designed this site to collect as little as possible:
- No cookies. We do not set any cookies or use local storage.
- No analytics or tracking. There are no analytics scripts, tracking pixels or social-media embeds on this site.
- No accounts or forms. You can't create an account or submit personal data anywhere on the site.
The only personal data we ever receive through this site is what you choose to send us by email — your address, name and the contents of your message. We use it solely to reply to you and keep it only as long as our correspondence requires.
Third parties that make the site work
Like almost every website, we rely on a few service providers, and your browser talks to them directly when you load a page:
- GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) hosts this site. GitHub may log visitor IP addresses for security and operational purposes — see the GitHub Privacy Statement.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google's servers to fetch them — see the Google Privacy Policy.
These providers may process data outside the EEA under their own published safeguards. We do not receive, store or combine any of this data ourselves.
Children's privacy
Cloudlings is made for children — but this website is written for their parents, and for our partners. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights, you can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you (in practice: at most, your emails to us),
- correct or delete that data,
- hand it over to you in a portable format.
Just email henrik@cloudtopiaentertainment.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever changes in a way that affects your data — for example if we add a newsletter or contact form — we will update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
